Manufacturers have been developing the manufacturing technology of monolith ceramic capacitors with capacity of 200 μ f or even more. Small size, large capacity, long life, high temperature resistance and low equivalent series resistance are still the development direction of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. At present, the CV value of tantalum powder has reached 100000, but manufacturers (such as Elna company of Japan) have been developing tantalum powder with 150000 CV value. It is worth noting that engineers and technicians are developing niobium capacitors using niobium as dielectric material. Because the supply of niobium is 100 times of that of tantalum, and the appearance, structure and performance of the capacitor are similar to those of chip tantalum capacitor. Due to the cost, tantalum capacitor is not suitable for mass production of 1000 μ F grade products, and niobium capacitor can realize the mass production of such products.The market is facing new opportunities for development. New electronic systems, household appliances, communication equipment, industrial automation and so on are emerging, which provide new market opportunities for the development of capacitors. The automotive electronics industry is the most popular industry in the international market. The traditional automotive electronics involves ten major electronic systems, including electronic dashboard, electronic fuel injection system, car audio system, engine management system, global positioning system, ABS, airbag system, automatic driving system, automatic window system, automatic lock system and so on. With the development of the whole machine, it is necessary to develop high-frequency, chip, energy-saving and environmental protection products, and to keep up with the development of digital TV, set-top box and digital camera. In the industrial field, with the development of computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS), digital machining center, automatic assembly machine and other automation technologies, the development of frequency conversion technology is promoted. Switching power supply, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), inverter, monitor, variable frequency motor, numerical control equipment are widely used in the industrial field. In addition, laser processing, inverter motor, oil exploration, the development of the third and fourth generation IGBT, and the solar lighting system of expressway are widely used. The capacitor industry should adapt to its changes.
