| 1. The real cause must be found out before maintenance Some factories often repair the frequency converter by themselves, burn out several times, and the module can't be well sent to us. Because the electrician is inexperienced, he will replace that module when he finds out that it is broken. He has no idea why the module is burned. Most of the burnt out modules have something to do with the abnormal drive, but the drive circuit is easy to be aged or burn out small components (small capacitance, optocoupler, voltage regulator tube) Ordinary electrician is more difficult to detect out, can all replace the best but! 2. Importance of frequency converter maintenance When the frequency converter is repaired, the overall maintenance should be carried out. The circuit board should be cleaned by sprinkling fine dust, and then sprayed with insulating paint after drying; the aluminum sheet of radiator should also be cleaned, and the inverter fan should be replaced when it is broken or noisy; the filter capacitor capacity should be changed when the capacity is reduced by 20% (generally not more than 8 years); all the connecting screws of the main circuit should be tightened again. 3. Assembly and disassembly chip integration Some people often damage or degrade the performance of the electric soldering iron when disassembling the SMC. Before disassembling the SMC, a small piece of paper stained with water or sprinkling essence can be pasted on the IC for heat dissipation. The effect is good! |
