1. Basic knowledge of frequency converter maintenance training: driving circuit composed of discrete pin type components
The drive circuit composed of discrete pin components is widely used in the frequency converters produced in Japan and Taiwan in the 1980s, mainly including Fuji G2 and G5 in Japan, SVS, SVF, MF, chunri, Mitsubishi Z series, K series, etc., as well as a series of frequency converters such as Orin, puchuan and Taian in Taiwan. With the development of LSI and the appearance of SMT technology, this kind of drive circuit with complex design and low integration degree has been gradually eliminated.
2. Basic knowledge of frequency converter maintenance training: optocoupler driving circuit
Optocoupler drive circuit is a kind of drive circuit widely used in modern inverter design. Because of its simple circuit, high reliability and good switching performance, it is adopted by most inverter manufacturers in Europe, America and Japan. There are many models of driving optocoupler, so there is a lot of room to choose. The main drive optocouplers are Toshiba TLP series, sharp PC series, HP HCPL series, etc. Taking Toshiba TLP series optocouplers as an example, the driving IGBT module mainly adopts tlp250 and tlp251 driving optocouplers. For the module with small current (about 15a), tlp251 is generally used, and the periphery is supplemented by the driving power supply and current limiting resistor, which constitutes the simplest driving circuit; for the module with medium current (about 50a), tlp250 optocoupler is generally used; for the module with larger current, a stage of amplification circuit is added after the optocoupler drive when designing the driving circuit It meets the driving conditions of IGBT module.
3. Basic knowledge of frequency converter maintenance training: thick film drive circuit
Thick film driving circuit is a kind of hybrid integrated circuit developed on the basis of resistance capacitance element and semiconductor technology. It makes use of thick film technology to make mode elements and connecting wires on ceramic substrate, and integrates the components of driving circuit into a ceramic substrate to make it a whole part. The use of driving thick film brings great convenience to the design of wiring, improves the reliability of the whole machine and the consistency of mass production, and also strengthens the confidentiality of technology. Now the thick film drive is often integrated with a lot of protection circuit, detection circuit and so on, the function is more perfect, is now the most used drive circuit of frequency converter.
4. Basic knowledge of frequency converter maintenance and training: ASIC driver circuit
The application of ASIC drive circuit is not much, only some foreign inverter manufacturers use it!
